Shipping/Handling:

Shipping is only $5.45 per order in the US.

Minimum order: We have a minimum order of only $10.00.

Most orders are sent out within 72 hours.
If we are out of an item it can take 7-14 days before going out.

We strive very hard to keep our site up to date. But some items on our site maybe out of stock or discontinued.

We do not automatically ship back-ordered merchandise. We will telephone or notify you by mail, fax or e-mail when the item(s) are back in stock, at which point you may re-order.

We do not charge credit cards until orders are ready to be shipped.

Returns
We want you to know that we stand behind our products. We will accept returns on manufacturing defects only.

Our Policy Guidelines Are:
1. No returns after 14 days.
2. All returns must be pre-approved and have a return number.
3. All returns must have a copy of the invoice from which the merchandise was purchased, to insure proper credit.
4. No credit will be given on worn merchandise, items that are not ours, or products that have been altered. Items will be discarded.
5. All parts, packaging and instructions must accompany return.
6. After receiving a return number, the goods must be returned to our warehouse within 10 days.
7. Merchandise ordered in error will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and/or our actual shipping costs to ship the item to you. To avoid this situation please have stock numbers and descriptions when placing your order.
8. If you receive incorrect merchandise or did not receive merchandise you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We try to be precise, but if we do make a mistake, we want to correct it promptly.

We Reserve The Right To:
1. Refuse shipments without a return number.
2. Discard items that were not purchased from us.
3. Not give credit on items not pre-approved.

Product

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.
If we are unable to honor the price listed on our web site for any reason, such as but not limited to: Human error, Supplier price increases. We will notify you before processing your order.
If you find the same item on another web site for less we will do our best to bet it.

Items: Items my differ from the image on our site: (i.e. coloring, size, shape, style)
